Tap the Share icon (usually a box with an arrow pointing upward) in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Scroll down on the Share sheet and find the "Create PDF" option. Tap on it.

You'll be taken to a PDF preview. You can add more pictures to the PDF by tapping the "+" icon in the bottom left.
